Puppet 3.6

  • Attached version 3.6
  • Upgrade all masters first
  • Puppet DB /etc/puppetdb/conf.d/config.ini should have correct logging-config
  • Upgrade all clients packages to 3.6.

    • It should complete all upgrades within 15 mins.

    Once all boxes are upgraded, Puppet 3.6 comes with new package attribute, allow_virtual. The warning can be suppressed from the main manifest.
